What I Eat #1 (NO CARBS)

  • 5 fried eggs (no seasoning)
  • 1lb ground turkey 99% lean (no seasoning)
  • 1 pre-made protein shake (30g protein)
  • fruits:
    • banana
    • raspberries
    • blueberries
  • 1 homemade protein shake:
    • 8oz milk
    • 4oz raw egg whites
    • 20g of protein powder
    • 20g of collagen
    • 5g of creatine

Been doing this for almost 2 weeks - with 1 cheat day per week :/
